  3. If agreed confirmation of instructions in writing via our terms of business and agency agreement/mandate forwarded to us by email or post.
  4. We will detail information (e.g. accounts, energy performance certificates etc) required to be collated during sale process to aid prompt exit.
  5. Your business will be placed on our website within 7 days of formal instruction unless discussed otherwise.

A visit to your premises to discuss potential marketing will generally take no longer than 1 hour and is without obligation on either party.
